We ship worldwide using Austrian Post Priority services, all packages are tracked.

What is the processing time?

Small items such as bandanas, walk accessories and toys are made and shipped out in 1-3 working days.

Bigger items such as custom crate covers and blankets can take up to 1-2 weeks until shipped out.

What size bandana should I order?

Please measure Your pets neck carefully before ordering.

* If You are in between sizes and/or Your pup has a long fur, please go for the bigger size.

How to measure my pup’s neck?

Loosely measure the neck where the collar would normally sit sliding two fingers between the dog's neck and measuring tape.
If you do not have a tape measure, you can also use a piece of string and then measure the string with a rigid ruler.

How should I clean Your products?

To make our handmade products last as long as possible, we recommend:

- Spot cleaning or hand washing in cold water;
- Only air drying;
- Gentle ironing if needed (no ironing for the velvet products!)

We have machine washed and dried the products too and in our case that worked out perfect, but if You decide to do so, please do it at Your own risk.
